Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Substance Use: Habits & Addictions (Self-Study)

This pre-recorded training addresses conceptual models of habits and processes. Participants will use strategies such as cost/benefit analysis, positive reframing, and daily habit log to recognize and use positive cognitive distortions. The training will also help participants learn more about stimulus controls as well as coping with urges.
