This course will introduce the therapeutic practice of brainspotting as a therapeutic tool in the treatment of trauma symptoms. Participants will be invited to learn about the process of brainspotting and understand its connection to the body and brain. The session will review the specific components of a session as well as identify helpful resources that can be used in practice.
Please note this session is NOT a substitute for Brainspotting training, neither does it provide certification.
