This onboarding course equips new staff with some of the fundamental knowledge and tools needed to succeed as a Health Home Care Manager at Housing Works. Through an overview of essential technology platforms, care coordination practices, HIV basics, healthcare and housing resources, participants will gain foundations necessary to support members and navigate program operations.
We know you’ll do your best to take in all the information in these trainings. You can always return to this course and lessons as resources and if questions arise, make sure to take note of them to ask your supervisor.
