In this module, participants will bring together the skills learned throughout the program and focus on their next career steps. Participants will explore personal strengths, growth mindset, career exploration, SMART goals, personal branding, networking, elevator pitches, job search strategy, and 90-day career planning. By the end of the module, participants will have a clearer career vision and a practical action plan to support internship, job search, and long-term employment success.
