The Story Behind eICare:
eICare was launched in 2009 by Housing Works to produce a truly integrated case management system. Housing Works, leveraging its legacy of social entrepreneurship, developed eICare as a solution informed by the needs of its staff. Early features focused on reporting, billing, intake, and care coordination. eICare has improved client outcomes and raised the bar for how we serve clients with complex needs.
Since then, eICare has grown into a truly user-developed application: envisioned, designed, and developed by users, for users.
