Module 5: Cultural Competency & Inclusive Workplaces
In this module, participants will learn how to work respectfully and effectively with people from different backgrounds, cultures, identities, and lived experiences. Participants will explore diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, unconscious bias, respectful communication, and inclusive language. By the end of the module, participants will understand how cultural competency supports teamwork, customer service, professionalism, and a respectful workplace environment.
